We aspire to give women convenient access to luxury evening gowns at an affordable rental price. You can also join many ladies in earning additional income by listing your evening gowns or dresses with us.

18Atelier has a gown for you for any occasion. Browse through our featured evening gown collection or do a quick search by filtering your size or latest design.

 

BOOK

Book a fitting appointment to try on your desired evening gown. Select a delivery date of evening gown at least 3 days in advance so you have time to try it on and exchange if necessary.

RETURN

Our Staff will contact you on the mode of Collection/Return. You can choose for self-collection or courier services* and we will take care of the evening gown’s dry cleaning service.

HOW 18ATELIER WORKS?

Urgently need to rent a gown? Simply use the calendar to check the gown’s availability. We recommend 1-2 days in advance before your event to have sufficient time for alteration(if required). We also provide MAKEOVER SERVICES which includes a photo-shoot session with our experienced photographer and in any themed studio of your choice (https://www.lunarworks.co) for your keepsake.

CAN I TRY ON THE EVENING GOWN?

HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE EVENING GOWN FOR?

Bookings can be made for minimum 4 or 8 days. The first day of your booking is the day the gown arrives and the final day is the day the gown needs to be returned. 

WHAT IF I NEED THE EVENING GOWN FOR A LONGER PERIOD OR RETURN MY GOWN LATE?

You may inform us to extend the duration and it will be priced at a surcharge of $10 per day. For late return of gown, there will be a late charge of $30/day.

We rely heavily on timely returns as it might cause inconvenience to another customer. No one wants to be left without a gown on their special occasion so please make sure you return your gown on time!

CAN I IRON THE EVENING GOWN?

Each gown will be steam pressed before delivering to you. Beaded/Sequins Embellished gowns will be lined with acid-free sheets to prevent wrinkles. However, due to the movement during delivery, you may steam the gown BUT DO NOT IRON as ironing may damage the delicate material of these gowns.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OF EVENING GOWN

There is no shame in leaving things to the last minute (Let us admit, we all do!) If you require express courier services, kindly contact us directly. Delivery to Sentosa/Jurong may incur additional fees.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE OR STAIN THE EVENING GOWN?

We understand that accidents happen. If you are aware of any stains or damage on the evening gown, please contact us immediately as we have a team of professionals who will be able to assist on the dress repair. If the dress is beyond repair, unfortunately, you will be charged the replacement value of the dress; as per full retail price stated.

WHAT IF THE EVENING GOWN DOESN’T FIT?

If your gown arrives and it does not fit or for any other reasons, then contact us as soon as possible for replacement or alterations if necessary.

ALTERATIONS

We understand the importance of getting the perfect fit! We do temporary alterations so as to preserve the dresses condition as good as new. For express alterations less than 2 days lead time, please take note there will be a surcharge of $20.

CAN I OWN THE EVENING GOWN?

We do sell our evening gowns with selling price upon request. If you don’t see any gowns you like, we will provide you access to the full site of gowns available for purchase. For new purchase, kindly note that buyer has to bear the shipping charges. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do allow cancellation and refund in the form of credit note for your next rental (with no expiry). Please take note cancellation must be done 3 days prior to scheduled delivery date. For cancellation done within 3 days, we do 50% refund in the form of credits. For any cancellation less than 3 days, we will refund 30% in the form of credits.
